Thomas Norby has a Master's degree in Social Work from Portland State University in Portland, OR.

He has worked extensively with children and families.

Thomas received the Idaho Child Welfare Stipend award and has assisted families with cessation/prevention of issues related to child welfare.

He specializes in play therapy with children and in issues associated with alternate lifestyles.

Thomas has taught parenting skills classes through the State of Idaho.
